  • 5 second independent back float
  • 10 seconds breath control

  • Basic safety skills
  • Beginner propulsion
  • Rollover breathing
  • Windmill arms

Final Goal:

  • Swim 7 feet independently
  • 5 second independent back float
  • 10 seconds breath control
Aquatike III
 

Class Length: 30 minutes Pool Area: Shallow end (4ft depth) Class Structure: Students sit on pool edge

Prerequisites:

  • Swim 10 feet independently with windmill arms and rollover breaths

Skills covered:

  • Basic safety skills
  • Beginner propulsion
  • Rollover breathing
  • Windmill arms
  • Building endurance
  • Jumps in the deep end

Final Goal:

  • Swim 20 feet independently with windmill arms and rollover breaths
